Refer to underwriter
Within the portal, if you need to refer a policy to one of our underwriters, you simply click the green button on the right hand side of the screen – ‘Refer to UW’. You will then have the ability to add additional details to assist the underwriter. The underwriter will then deal with your query and contact you.
