How to submit a claim
Please submit your clients claim using the form below.
Alternatively, if the loss or damage is extensive, please call our Claims Department as soon as possible and have the following information to hand:
The insurance policy number
The date and time that the loss occurred
Details of the event
Contact details for the policyholder
For any other claim enquiry please email us.
We will acknowledge receipt within one working day and provide initial advice or request information as needed.
For Tour Operators Liability claims, please download and complete this form.
