How to submit a claim
Alternatively, if the loss or damage is extensive, please call our Claims Department as soon as possible on 01923 298 431 and have the following information to hand:
- The insurance policy number
- The date and time that the loss occurred
- Details of the event
- Contact details for the policyholder

We will acknowledge receipt within one working day and provide initial advice or request information as needed.
