We have a well-structured process in place to oversee the design, approval, and review of our products to ensure they comply with the Insurance Distribution Directive.

We also regularly review all of our products to identify if any changes are required, and we make those revisions as necessary to ensure that they remain suitable for the customer.

We will continue to monitor the performance of our products to ensure that they meet customers’ needs and deliver fair value. However, we welcome feedback through your Touchstone Underwriting Regional Business Development Underwriter should you ever consider that a product is failing to meet customer needs or is potentially unclear.

We have completed an assessment for each core product in accordance with the Product Oversight and Governance regulations.
