Achievements
Sustainability & safety
This year, we successfully obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability and occupational health and safety.
Cyber Essentials PLUS
We also achieved the prestigious Cyber Essentials PLUS certificate, underscoring our dedication to data security and safeguarding against cyber threats.
Professional development
Our team continues to thrive individually, with staff achieving personal qualifications. Recently, Harry and Caitlin passed the IF1, and Connor successfully completed the Foundation in Insurance!
Infrastructure and product enhancements
Broker Portal
We invested in updating our Broker Portal and completely overhauled our Property Owners product, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation and provide the best services to our partners. We are currently updating our other online products too, to ensure a smooth experience across all areas.
New products launching early 2024
Expect announcements of improved and new products in the new year including Marine Cargo, Engineering Inspection (& Insurance), Legal Expenses and Management Liability Package.
Exceeding GWP budget
Thanks to the hard work and commitment of our team, we’re on track to supersede our overall Gross Written Premium (GWP) budget by an impressive 15%.
Event highlights
Throughout the year, we had the privilege of both hosting and attending several events, fostering important relationships and connections within the industry.
These events include Broker Expo, BIBA, Charity Golf Day, Great British Beer Festival, Chelmsford and York Racecourse, Dine with Davina, Meet the MGA, Style in the City, Charity Gin Tasting, ABTA Travel Convention and industry events, CII Dinners across the UK and of course our team building events!
Our 2024 events schedule is even busier. Nothing beats face-to-face and we look forward to seeing you!
