Claims deadline
Claims must be submitted within 42 days of the riot ending.
Supporting evidence
Ensure claims include as much supporting evidence as possible. If evidence isn’t immediately available, it can be submitted separately, but must be received within 91 days of the initial claim notification.
Police reporting
Policyholders must report riot incidents to the local police authority to obtain a crime reference number.
