The new Package Travel Regulations (PTR) was introduced on 1st July 2018 and it was bought about following EU recognition that the way travel products have been sold have evolved massively since the early 90s. Many businesses do not realise that they ‘package’ and are therefore exposed to these new regulations.
Who do the 2018 Regulations apply to and who they don’t
