We are pleased to announce that our Claims team is expanding and we are looking for a claims handler with a minimum of two years’ experience.
Title: Claims Handler
Reporting to: Claims Manager, Amy Mead
Location: Chelmsford
The role will include:
- Updating clients, brokers and insurers
- Dealing with new property claims within our authority limits from FNOL to settlement
- Setting and reviewing reserves in line with company guidelines
- Checking policy cover and considering policy response
- Reporting to Underwriters
- Administration of system records on Websure
The successful candidate will be part of a busy, successful team and will need to be highly motivated and efficient. Ideally, we would like someone who is Cert CII qualified however, this is not a requirement.
