We raised over £2,500 for our Charity, Action Medical Research at our Annual Golf Day.
Well done to all our golfers for the fantastic day we had on Friday 8th July. We raised over £2,500 for our Charity partner, Action Medical Research and are looking forward to announcing our next event to support further!
Action has been saving and changing children’s lives through medical research for nearly 70 years and have been involved with medical breakthroughs that have changed the lives of millions worldwide. The money raised will help to fund more vital research into childhood conditions such as cystic fibrosis, leukaemia and sickle cell anaemia.
The weather on Friday was perfect for a round of golf and the course was in great condition. Players competed for team and individual prizes including Beat the Pro and two putt challenge!
A special thanks goes out to all who took part in our Charity Golf Day, especially our sponsors Allianz, Kennedys & GHG and to Aviva & Charles Taylor Loss Adjusters for donating items for the Auction. Also thanks goes to Bush Hill Golf Club for great hospitality and organisation on the day.
Our Charity Golf Day is held annually and we look forward to next years already!
