Amy, who earned her ACII in 2021, has spent 18 years with us and now heads our Claims department. Simon, our Lead Underwriter for Property & Commercial with 14 years of service, likewise balanced demanding day-to-day responsibilities with the preparation required to reach this pinnacle of professional recognition.
