Christmas Advent Calendar Giveaway

The promoter of the giveaway is Touchstone Underwriting Limited, Meridien House, 71 Clarendon Road, Watford WD17 1DS.

1. The giveaway is only open to UK based Insurance brokers who have a countersigned TOBA in place with Touchstone Underwriting
2. Employees and members of their immediate families may not enter
3. Insurance brokers must enter in their own name and only once
4. The opening and closing dates and times for entries are as indicated in the giveaway information. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the giveaway will be voided.
5. Entrants must email all requested and correct information to email address competitions@t-u-l.co.uk only. The first five entries received in this inbox will receive a prize. Entrants may receive a reply confirming their entry to the giveaway.
6. The giveaway is an Amazon Echo Dot (3rd generation), of which there are five to give away.
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is not transferable to someone else. However, Touchstone Underwriting reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
8. Entrants are the copyright owners of any photographs submitted but permit Touchstone Underwriting to use their photograph in any promotions across websites and social media.
9. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and must confirm within 7 days to claim their prize.
10. Touchstone Underwriting will try to post the prize within 28 days of the closing date.
11. By submitting personal details, the entrant agrees to Touchstone Underwriting processing those details for the purpose of the giveaway only. We may announce the winner’s first and last names – should a winner object to this they must inform Touchstone Underwriting at competitions@t-u-l.co.uk
