Touchstone Underwriting have received a 5-star rating in recognition of their outstanding service to brokers in the recent 'Brokers on MGAs' report by Insurance Business UK.
The aim of the report was to determine what matters most to the broker community when searching for an MGA. Brokers were asked to rate the MGAs on a scale of one (poor) to ten (excellent) in order to recognise those that stand out above the rest in the insurance space.
Touchstone Underwriting received a five-star rating for its superior service to brokers in the following categories:
- Underwriting responsiveness & turnaround time
- Premium pricing
- Claims support
- Customer service
- Range of Insurers/schemes
- Online services & capabilities
- Compensation (commission etc.)
Touchstone Underwriting were also awarded a 5-star rating in the 2017 Brokers on MGA report.
